Individuals can sell their own equipment that they have bought and no longer use without needing a Second Hand Dealers Licence.

However if you have purchased items to selling for a profit. E.G. buying at an Auction etc, the Department of Fair Trading requires these people to be licensed.

Your Second Hand Dealers Licence details must be provide on the Vendor Registration form.
