facts to consider before you consider buying
any computer!
1.. Extended
warranty -
If offered by a business free of charge is only
as good as the business remains operating.
One in three business will close after trading
for only 24 months.
You can buy extended warranties from specialised
companies when you purchase a PC or notebook.
2..
Software - Do you have legitamate software
installed on the computer?
If Microsoft Windows is installed on the hard
drive, are they supplying you with the Operating
System CD and COA (sticker with the Product
Key). Any software requiring a Crack Code to
be installed is not to legitamate and will cause
you problems in the future.
3.. After Sales Service - The 2004 Choice
Annual Reliability Survey - 26% said they would
not buy Compaq again
(which is better than 32% who would not buy
Dell again due to service issues)
